The words Mr C uses, explained.
| Term | Meaning |

| Assistant | The chat on your website that answers visitors |
| Conversation | A visitor chat that gets at least one answer. After 30 minutes without a reply, a new question starts a new conversation. This is what plans count |
| Enquiry | A visitor's request for your team, sent through a form after they confirm their details |
| Knowledge | What the assistant answers from: your website, PDFs and FAQs |
| Version | A copy of a knowledge source at a point in time. Only the live version is used; you can restore the previous one |
| Verified domain | A website address you've proved is yours; the assistant only opens there |
| Snippet | The one line of code that adds the chat to your website |
| Citation | The link under an answer showing which page or PDF it came from |
| Unanswered topic | A group of similar questions your assistant couldn't fully answer |
| Answer quality test | A question with the facts its answer must include, checked when you run tests |
| Pre-filled | Form fields the assistant filled in from the chat; the visitor always checks them |
