Common questions

What counts as a conversation?
A visitor’s chat that gets at least one answer. Follow-up questions in the same chat are free; after 30 minutes without a reply, a new question starts a new conversation. Errors and the enquiry form never count.
When am I billed?
On the 1st of each month, in advance, with 7 days to pay. Your first month is pro-rated. Invoices include GST for Australian businesses.
What happens if I reach my limit?
Extra conversations are billed at the plan rate up to a monthly cap, so a bill can never exceed twice the plan price unless you raise the cap. At the cap, AI answers pause and your enquiry form keeps working.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with one month’s notice: your plan ends at the end of the following month. Payments are not refunded except where the law requires. See the terms.
Is my data safe?
Your data is hosted in Sydney, customer details are encrypted with a key unique to your business, and businesses are fully isolated from each other. See Security and who processes data.
