Warranty and guarantee

2-year workmanship guarantee

If something we fixed or installed fails because of our workmanship within 2 years, we'll come back and fix it free of charge, including the call-out.

Product warranties

Products we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty, for example:

• Gas storage hot water: typically 10 years on the cylinder, 3 years parts and labour.
• Continuous-flow gas: typically 12 years on the heat exchanger.
• Heat pumps: typically 6–10 years on the cylinder, 2–5 years on the heat pump unit.
• Tapware and toilets: as stated by the manufacturer.

We handle warranty claims for products we installed.

What isn't covered

• Blockages caused by things that shouldn't go down drains (wipes, fat, roots re-growing after a clear without relining).
• Damage from misuse, frost, or work by others.
• Products supplied by you (the manufacturer's warranty applies; we cover our installation).

Your rights

Our guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
