Bathroom and kitchen renovations
We do the plumbing for renovations, working directly for homeowners or as the plumber for your builder or project manager. We don't do tiling, carpentry or waterproofing ourselves, but we work with trusted local trades and can recommend them.
What's included
- Rough-in: moving and installing pipes, drains and gas before walls are lined and floors are laid.
- Fit-off: installing toilets, vanities, tapware, showers, baths and appliances once tiling is done.
- Compliance certificates for all plumbing and gas work.

Quotes are free. We usually visit to measure, or quote from plans and photos.
Timing
Renovation work is booked 3–5 weeks ahead. Rough-in usually takes one to two days and fit-off one day per room. Allow extra time if fixtures are on back-order.
Supplying your own fixtures
You're welcome to supply your own toilets, tapware and vanities. Our 2-year workmanship guarantee covers our installation; the manufacturer's warranty covers the product.
